The firm has closed approximately $6.2 billion in public finance transactions in 2009. The majority of those transactions were spearheaded by the firm's newest partner, Timothy J. Reimers.

Lisa Greer Quateman spoke at a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation sponsored seminar on the topic "Representing the FDIC." Ms. Quateman has been appointed to the position of General Counsel of Commercial Real Estate Women-Los Angeles (CREW-LA), which is a volunteer pro bono position. In addition, Ms. Quateman was a nominee for the Los Angeles Business Journal's 2009 "Women Making a Difference". We are renewing our associate membership in Airports General Counsel International. Ms. Quateman will continue her active participation with the Legal Affairs Committee. Ms. Quateman was appointed to the State Bar of California's Corporation Committee and liaison to the State Bar's Financial Institutions Committee.
