Ms. Valde’s current practice focuses on public finance as well as corporate matters. She has served as bond and as disclosure counsel to various issuers over the past several years.
Ms. Valde was formerly associated with the Toronto firm of Fasken Martineau Du Moulin LLP where she was a corporate/securities associate involved in a corporate and finance practice.
