We have extensive experience advising clients on contaminated property issues, including obtaining orders for entry onto property for environmental assessment prior to an agency's decision to acquire property, working extensively with federal, state and local agencies to minimize the exposure of liability to agencies acquiring contaminated property and assuring that the environmental condition of acquired property does not negatively impact project schedules.
