Ms. Quateman served for eight years as a commissioner for the City of Los Angeles Industrial Development Authority, appointed and re-appointed by two successive Mayors, and was honored for her service by the Los Angeles City Council. She has spoken before the League of California Cities Legal Committee regarding City Attorney legal opinions and bond disclosure issues.
