Quateman LLP was founded in 1989 by Lisa Greer Quateman, who serves as the firm's managing partner. Our attorneys mostly practiced with large law firms before joining Quateman LLP, thus ensuring superior experience and expertise along with world-class service and results.
We represent clients in a wide range of industries, from start-ups and middle market companies to multinational corporations, from governmental entities and financial institutions to pension funds.

Quateman LLP is honored to be WBE-certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). The WBENC is the leading resource of diversity suppliers for women-owned businesses. It boasts 250 member corporations and has certified nearly 10,000 qualifying businesses. Quateman LLP proudly supports Airports Council International - North America (ACI-NA), the largest of the five worldwide regions of the Airports Council International (ACI). Its prime purpose is to advance the interests of airports and to promote professional excellence in airport management and operations. Partners Lisa Greer Quateman and Timothy Reimers attend meetings of ACI-NA's Legal Affairs Committee. Ms. Quateman has twice been invited to speak on airport-related finance issues for the Legal Affairs Committee. The firm serves as outside counsel to several airports.

Quateman LLP is a member of the California Public Securities Association (California PSA), a 35-member group which works with state and local governments "to facilitate municipal issuers' access to the capital markets." The group provides input on legislation that affects the municipal marketplace and supports voter initiatives that provide funds for important public projects. Members sponsor educational conferences which assist lawmakers to negotiate the municipal marketplace.

Quateman LLP is a dedicated supporter of Commercial Real Estate Women - Los Angeles (CREW-LA), of which Lisa Quateman has been a member since 1985. Ms. Quateman is a past President, National Delegate, General Counsel and Director of CREW-LA and currently serves on the Advisory Board. In 2010, Ms. Quateman received the organization's Women at the Top award.
The purpose of the CREW network is to advance the interests of women in commercial real estate, and its membership includes experienced professionals in all aspects of the business: developers, investors, brokers, lenders, appraisers, consultants, title and escrow representatives, asset managers, space planners, accountants, property managers, architects, and attorneys.
The Los Angeles chapter was formed in 1984 and is now one of 68 CREW chapters in North America.
